Job Position: Administrative & Front Office Officer

Job Functions include: 

Assist with budget for the Administrative department.  Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for the Administrative department.  Serve as office support while receiving guest at the reception Receive and screen all incoming calls.  Transfer all queries from clients and vendors to the appropriate quarters.  Manage the company’s lobby area and environment.  Ensures completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures.  Monitor staff attendance activities.  Work with the Manager on all Admin related expenses and perform other duties as may be Ensure the facility management and Maintenace of the office vehicles as deemed required.  Promote workplace safety.  Prepare notices and memos as directed from time to time Arrange Travel accommodation and process expense forms.  Participate and assist in other HR projects Assist in the recruitment process by setting up interviews and issue relevant correspondence. 
Requirements 
A good 1st degree or HND from a reputable institution.  2 years experience in similar role and as a receptionist.  Must have completed NYSC.  Good communication and interpersonal skills.  Very good knowledge of the use of M.S.Office suite (especially word, Excel and power point )  Excellent writing skills  Ability to work with minimal supervision  Proactive (Ability to think and take initiative)  Ability to work under pressure  Must be dedicated and responsible.

Remuneration:  

Commensurate with the level of candidate’s experience as well as other fringe benefits.
